Tracked pages and queries

Plans Free, Pro, Agency

Pin a page or a query to keep an eye on it. The Tracked switch above the tables then shows only your pinned pages, or only your pinned queries, everywhere on the site: the tables, the chart and the KPI cards.

How to use it

  1. In the Queries or Pages table, select the pin next to a row. Select it again to unpin. The pin is also at the top of a page or query detail.
  2. Above the tables, choose Tracked pages or Tracked queries. Choose All to go back.
  3. Save it in a saved filter or a saved view, like any other filter.

Shared with your team. Pins belong to the workspace and the site, not to you alone: everyone in the workspace sees the same pins. Viewers (client logins) see the pins but cannot change them.

Pins are not tasks. Pinning only watches an item. To plan work on it, use the task button next to the pin (Tasks); adding a task also pins the item. Unpinning never changes its tasks.

Pinned pages are watched for indexing. On plans with index monitoring, Google checks your pinned pages every day. See Indexing. Pinning a query does not use that limit.

Plans: pins and the Tracked switch work on every plan. Up to 2,000 pinned pages and 2,000 pinned queries per site.
