Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of KeptSEO (keptseo.com and app.keptseo.com), operated by Clearpath Digital LLC ("we", "us"). By using KeptSEO you agree to them.
The service
KeptSEO imports data from search and listings services you connect (such as Google Search Console), stores it, and shows it in dashboards. Features and limits depend on your plan.
Your account
You must be able to form a binding contract, keep your sign-in secure, and only connect accounts and properties you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other customers' data, disrupt or overload the service, reverse engineer it, or use it in violation of law or of the terms of the third-party services you connect.
Your data
You own your data. You grant us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect sources or delete your account at any time.
Paid plans
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor and renew until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Third-party services
Data from Google and other providers is subject to their availability and terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages or data limits imposed by those providers.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, notify account holders by email.
