Saved filters
Plans Pro
If you build the same set of filters again and again, save it. A saved filter set is a named group of filters, such as Blog content · non-brand.
Use a saved set. Click Filter. Under Saved, each set shows its name and what it holds. Click the set to replace your current filters with it, click + to add it to what you have, or × to delete it (straight away, no undo).
Save your own. Set up your filters (you can stage more in the builder without applying), click Save as… at the bottom left, type a name and press Enter or Save. The set holds all the conditions you have on, anything staged and the condition in the form, plus the branded / non-branded choice. Groups (any-of and all-of) are kept as groups: choosing the set later brings back the same tree.
Good to know
- Saved sets belong to your workspace, in every browser and for everyone in it. Owners, admins and members can save and delete; a client viewer can use them.
- A name can be used once. Up to 50 sets and saved views per workspace.
- A set stores filters, not the date range or comparison. For those, use saved views.
- You cannot rename or reorder sets in the app yet.
Plans. Saved filters are Pro. On Free the section shows a Pro badge and its buttons are off.
