Date range
Plans Free, Pro
The date range buttons set the dates you are looking at. Every number, the chart and the tables follow them.
Pick a preset. Choose one of 7D, 28D, 3M, 6M, 12M or 16M above the numbers. The range is counted back from the newest day we have data for, so it ends on the same day for every preset.
| Preset | What you get |
|---|---|
| 7D | The last 7 days |
| 28D | The last 28 days (the starting range) |
| 3M | The last 3 months |
| 6M | The last 6 months |
| 12M | The last 12 months |
| 16M | The last 16 months (Search Console’s own limit, and what Free shows) |
The chart title shows the exact dates, for example “Jul 10 to Oct 7, 2026”. Your choice is kept in the page address, so you can bookmark or share it.
Good to know
- The last few days are drawn lighter on the chart because Google has not finished counting them. See Preliminary data.
- Changing the range also changes what the comparison covers. “Previous period” always moves with it. See Comparisons.
- On long ranges the chart groups days into weeks automatically. See Performance chart.
- On Free, a range that reaches back more than 16 months is cut to start at the 16-month limit, and a short note says so. Pro shows all the history we store. See Plans and limits.
Plans. The same presets on every plan. Free is limited to the last 16 months.
